Orphan Annie Children's Play Dishes

Notice the difference between the Chiquita and Orphan Annie cups. Orphan Annie cups are more rounded. As with the Chiquita, they have a slightly rough finish, look like they have a thin glaze of paint with "crackle" lines. All we have seen do have the J.P. imprint on the bottom. Both Orphan Annie and Chiquita dishes have been excavated at both the Pennsboro and St. Marys (WV) Alley sites.
